Tove Valley Broadband supplies the broadband service connected via Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) - which is usually on the outside of your premises - and from there via an ethernet cable to a power injector - a small (3" x 1.5" x 1") black device connected to your electricity mains - and finally an ethernet cable which you can plug into a router, your computer or a switch. TVB responsibility ends at this ethernet cable. If you were supplied new kit for your home or had existing equipment re-programmed, this would have been undertaken as a community service and carries no guarantees or commitments other than the replacement of faulty equpiment supplied by us.
If you have a problem with the set-up in your premises - equipment or programs - it is worth dropping us a line and explaining the issue. We may be able to suggest a course of action - but remeber this is an entirely voluntary service - there is no obligation for us to become involved.
